8oz Soft Set Honey

Our Soft Set Honey is white in colour with a very light consistency making it perfect for spreading on toast. It's collected in spring from one of our 4 apiarys across Derbyshire, it is then cold filtered unpasteurised and left to naturally set. once set it's placed into our honey creamer which mixes the honey hourly over the next 10 days breaking down the larger crystal size to a more smooth crystal.

Our soft set honey can be re-liquified if needed by placing the jar in warm water until it returns back to its runny state.
